Vendor Information

Vendor set-up is Thursday August 28, 2008 from 10am-8pm and Friday August 29 from 8am-6pm. Doors open at noon. You must be on-site and set up by Friday August 29 at 6pm -
NO EXCEPTIONS.
No early breakdown. All booths must remain open until Sunday August 31, 2008 at noon. Vendors must close during services, but may re-open after services.

Power provided for vendor spots only. You must bring your own extension cords suitable for outdoor use. We will not provide them. We recommend at least 100ft.Vendors $150.00 for 10X10: Addditional space is available in 10' increments. 10X20=$250.00 10X30=$325.00 10X40=$400.00 20X20=$400.00Food vendors $225.00 for 10'X10'. Additional space available in 10' increments for $75.00 each 10' . Food vendors deadline is July 29, 2008.

No part of your set-up may extend beyond your purchased area. This includes but not limited to tie downs, trailers, hitches, campers, canopies, etc.

A deposit of at least 50% of the total booth space must accompany contract.

Rules:* All balances must be paid in full before August 15, 2008* Locations will be assiged in order FULL payment is received.* Remove all vehicles from site at designated times.* Must remain open until noon on Sunday, August 31, 2008.* Be responsible for all applicable sales tax and local licenses.* Sell only those items noted on the application.* No refunds will be made for any reason, any cancellation, removal for cause, or act of God. * Failure to abide by the rules will result in removal from the event and all fees will be forfeited.* No exclusives will be granted, however, we will limit certain items, so get your appication in early.

* 2 event passes will be granted per spot purchased. Additional passes may be purchased for $25.00 NO EXCEPTIONS

* Only one 20AMP outlet will be provided per spot. Except for food vendors. If you need 30AMP or more power contact Roy early or bring a generator.

Fire on the Mountain Motorcycle Rally has the exclusive right to display, license, sell and merchandise all event novelties. Fire on the Mountain Motorcycle Rally further has the right to inspect, approve, reject or otherwise control the display, promotion, sale or other merchandising of products or services by exhibitors at the event in its sole discretion. No signage may be displayed in Exhibitor space reading Fire on the Mountain Motorcycle Official Rally Merchandise, Rally Merchandise, Rally Tees, Events Tees, or any language advertising the sale of event merchandise. Merchandise designed to be passed off as event merchandise will not be permitted and will be confiscated and not returned.Exhibitor hereby agrees to indemnify, save and hold harmless the event, event organizers, its sponsors, and their affilated companies, officers, agents and employees, and the City of Bristow, OK, and the Bristow Campgrounds from and against any loss, liability, damage, or cost Releases may incur from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, penalties, judgments, and liabilities of every kind and description (including court cost and reasonable attorneys' fees ) included but not limited to, injury to or any death of persons, and damage to and loss of property which are caused by , arise from or grow out of the acts or omissions of Exhibitor incident to the Fire on the Mountain Motorcycle Rally or from any breach by Exhibitor of any term or condition of this agreement.Exhibitor hereby assumes full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury , death or propery damage arising out of or related to the Fire on the Mountain Motorcycle Rally whether caused by the negligence or Releases or otherwise.

We, the undersigned, have read, understand and will comply with the rules of this event which are made part of this agreement by reference and fully incorporated herein.
